Spring Office Potluck

The Office of International Relations hosted the Spring Potluck party last Tuesday. The office staff, student workers and some international students gathered in one place and enjoyed a variety of ethnic food together. Each staff and student workers cooked a dish from their home country and shared it at the party. We had sushi from Japan, spring rolls from Vietnam, plantain chips from Ivory Coast, enchiladas from Mexico, chili from America, and much more! All of the food tasted excellent. It was fun and interesting to know about food cultures in other countries. Also, we enjoyed talking and spend a great time at the party.
